Ultra Efficient Thermal Power Station

Our product CTUe® (Centrales Térmicas Ultra Eficientes) has the latest technology developed by Energy Tracking, it provides Hot Sanitary Water and Heating services at maximum comfort. This technology allows:

  • Reduce energy consumption from 30% to 60%
  • Reduce the carbon footprint from 30% to 85%
  • Contribution to the circular economy
  • Does not need Hot Water Storage Tanks (in gas solutions).
  • It requires less physical space and time to be installed on site compared to conventional solutions
  • Competitive pricing, operations saving warranties and cost-efficient solutions
  • Modular alternatives, requires 1 day of installation in site
  • Our services include engineering, installation and after-sale service
  • Less failure percentage and minimum after-sales service is required
  • Systemic Control System allowing multiple technologies integration
  • Remote monitoring of system’s performance indicators
  • Obtaining points for LEED certification

Ultra Efficient Thermal Power Station for Gas Solution (CTUe® - GA)

  • It is a thermal power plant that allows the generation of domestic hot water (large volumes) and/or heating, is the result of a technological integration between Heatguard, CTR and condensing boilers (wall or floor), which was developed in 2012. Its operation is guaranteed with continuous temperatures in different types of residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, clinics, etc.
  • It does not use domestic hot water storage, or hydraulic separators, or inertial tanks, which facilitates its installation in a room of no more than 20 m² (in all the types mentioned above). This allows a reduction in energy consumption and carbon footprint of up to 40% compared to a traditional thermal power plant, the specific consumption for each m3 of hot water generated is 48 kWh/m³
  • It also allows integration with thermal and photovoltaic solar panels, cogeneration, heat pumps and other NCREs.

Ultra Efficient Thermal Power Station – Full Electric Solution (CTUe® - FE)

  • It has the same features as a gas CTUe, and like this, it corresponds to a technological integration, in which case the boilers are replaced by a set of he at pumps, inertial accumulator and electric heaters, which was developed in 2015. Although it occupies a larger space than the gas CTUe, this plant does not exceed 60 m2.
  • Its high efficiency allows for savings of up to 60% compared to a traditional plant, the specific consumption for each m3 of hot water generated is 30 kWh/m³.
  • It does not emit CO₂ on site and the reduction of the carbon footprint is of the order of 80% for Chile.
  • It also allows integration with thermal and photovoltaic solar panels, cogeneration and other NCRE.
  • Because it does not use gaseous fuels, it can be installed underground.
  • Its installation cost is higher than the CTUe – GA but with a lower operational cost, which allows a positive NPV for the end customer.
  • This is the solution preferred by Real Estate Rental clients

2

Ultra Efficient Thermal Power Station – Hybrid Solution (CTUe® - HY)

  • Integration of Gas Power Plant with Full Electric and/or Non-Conventional Renewable Energies (SST, PV), with less space than a Full Electric and greater savings than a Gas power plant, allows the best of both technologies, at a lower operational cost and higher energy efficiency.
  • The specific consumption for each m3 of hot water generated is 42 kWh/m³.
  • The decrease in the carbon footprint is of the order of 52% for Chile.

3

Ultra Efficient Thermal Power Station – Low Cost Solution (CTUe® - NLC)

  • Gas-fired thermal power station designed for small volumes of DHW generation and/or heating. Designed for replacement or new installation designs with thermos or gas heaters. It is based on condensing equipment, a simple CTR and a basic control and was developed in 2018.
  • The decrease in energy consumption and carbon footprint is up to 40% compared to a traditional thermal power plant, the specific consumption for each m3 of hot water generated is 48 kWh/m³

Mod-1

Ultra-Efficient Modular Gas Thermal Power Plant (CTUe-M-GA)

  • It is the gas-powered CTUe installed in a 20-foot (15 m2) module, weighing approximately 4000 kg, it is pre-certified and workshop-tested, it can be installed on site in 1 day.
  • The maximum installed power for this structure is 900 kW, which makes it possible to generate the hot water needed for 1,095 people and heating for 26,000 m2.
  • The decrease in energy consumption and carbon footprint is up to 40% compared to a traditional thermal power plant, the specific consumption for each m3 of hot water generated is 48 kWh/m³

Mod2

Ultra Efficient Thermal Power Station – Modular Full Electric Solution (CTUe® - M - FE)

  • It is the CTUe – FE installed in a module of 40 feet (30 m2), with a weight of approximately 5200 kg, it must be complemented with the installation of a hot water accumulation tank on site, it is installed in 1 day
  • Its high efficiency allows for savings of up to 60% compared to a traditional plant, the specific consumption for each m3 of hot water generated is 30 kWh/m³.
  • It does not emit CO2 on site and the reduction of the carbon footprint is in the order of 80% for Chile.
